It will now be more difficult to get your hands on Canada Goose’s well-known winter coats. According to a report by Retail Insider, the brand has stopped selling its products at several Canadian stores. The latest store to be impacted was Simons.
They report that, at the department store’s flagship location in Montreal, the Canada Goose section is already empty.
Meanwhile, employees of the retailer’s location in Alberta’s West Edmonton Mall revealed that Canada Goose products would no longer be distributed by the chain. However, it appears it wasn’t Simons’ decision to cut out the coats.
Retail Insider writes that the decision for Canada Goose to pull out of these stores seems to be part of a business strategy that the company has been taking on for the past few years.
