CANADAHUB BRINGS FIVE NEW PRODUCTIONS TO THE EDINBURGH FESTIVAL FRINGE

Canada is storming back to the renowned Edinburgh Festival Fringe in August with five more productions in the hopes of building on last summer’s success stories.

Canada is storming back to the renowned Edinburgh Festival Fringe in August with five more productions in the hopes of building on last summer’s success stories.

In 2017, the first year for CanadaHub at the Scottish festival, the two-women show Mouthpiecefrom Quote Unquote Collective won two major awards, received more than 15 four- and five-star reviews, and secured tours in Europe and the U.S.

Old Stock: A Refugee Love Story from 2b theatre garnered a two-month, sold-out run in New York and was nominated for six Drama Desk Awards. And Theatre Conspiracy’s Foreign Radical, another Canadian Fringe offering, will tour for five weeks this fall, partially as part of the Battersea Arts Centre’s Collaborative Touring Network.
